Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) TK999 account only. Holding multiple accounts under the same or different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment details is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and freezing of funds.

• You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• Your TK999 account password is your personal responsibility. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact TK999 support immediately.
• TK999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as MyKad or passport) for KYC (Know Your Customer) purposes before authorising any withdrawal.
• You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs on your account, unless you have previously reported an account compromise to TK999.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on TK999 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). TK999 does not accept or process any transactions in foreign currencies.

• Pre-Match Betting: Bets placed before an event begins. Odds are fixed at the time the bet is accepted, unless otherwise stated by TK999.
• Live Betting: Bets placed while an event is in progress. Odds change dynamically in line with match conditions. TK999 reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time for technical or market integrity reasons.
• Event Results: All sports betting results are based on official outcomes announced by the relevant sporting governing body. TK999 uses accredited sports data providers for result verification.
• Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled before it begins, all related pre-match bets will be voided and funds credited back to the player's account. For events that have started but were not completed, the specific rules for each sport will apply.
• Minimum Bet: The minimum bet for Sports Betting on TK999 is RM 5 per wager, and the maximum bet varies depending on the market type and the player's account status.

Online Casino & RNG Games

TK999 reserves the right to take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating accounts, freezing funds, and reporting to the relevant authorities, should any of the above violations be established.

Account Closure & Suspension

TK999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any user's account for the following reasons without prior notice:

• Breach of any term contained in this document.
• Failed or suspicious identity verification.
• Activity suspected of fraud, collusion, or money laundering.
• Instructions from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.
• The player has applied for self-exclusion through the responsible gambling programme.

Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting TK999 customer support. Any remaining balance will be paid out once all rollover requirements have been met and identity verification is complete.

TK999 Liability Limits

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TK999, its directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses, damages, or claims arising from:

Amendments to Terms & Governing Law
